Shipping, Returns and Refunds

All orders with a value over R990 receive free shipping with to door.

Shipping to your door for all orders under R990 is R50.  We will select a courier most suitable for your location.

Shipping to Pudo locker is from R50.  

If the collection point is a kiosk rather than a locker, you will be billed an additional amount after checkout.  This is due to changes in Pudo’s rates.

Customers must track their parcel and collect from their chosen locker location within 36 hours of delivery.  If your chosen locker is full, it make take a few days longer for your parcel to be dispatched.

Delivery takes 2-5 days to most areas.
